Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Position: Legal Counsel – Data Privacy
Sector: Insurance
Start Date: June 2025
Duration: 9 months
Utilization: 50-70%
Location: Remote
Salary: CHF 120’000-140’000

• Provide expert legal advice on data privacy and protection, ensuring compliance with regulations related to data collection, processing, storage, and transfer
• Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
• Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify potential privacy risks and manage data access requests in compliance with applicable laws
• Provide legal guidance for the establishment of a data hub
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to minimize legal risks from new technologies and data processing initiatives

• Fluency in German and English
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
• 3+ years PQE in the legal field in data privacy law
• Experience in asset management/insurance/finance is a plus
