Senior Compliance Officer

For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Position: Senior Compliance Officer
Sector: Financial Services
Start Date: March/April 2025
Duration: 4+ months
Utilization: 80-100%
Location: Zurich & Remote

• Assess and update internal policies to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards
• Ensure that internal policies are aligned with applicable local, national, and international regulations
• Track and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations, adjusting internal policies accordingly
• Oversee the implementation of new policies across the organization and ensure consistent application
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and address areas where policies may not meet regulatory requirements
• Work closely with legal teams and external regulators to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks

• Fluency in English, French is a plus
• Resident in Switzerland
• 6+ year PQE in the compliance field
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
