NGS Data Analyst for Molecular Oncology

We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatician / Computational Biologist with a strong track record in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and analysing NGS datasets - including RNA-Seq, whole-exome sequencing (WES), whole-genome sequencing (WGS), and single-cell sequencing - derived from tumour samples.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent programming skills in R and Python, along with proven expertise in NGS data analysis and a solid foundation in human molecular genetics. Knowledge of statistics, high-dimensional data analysis, and cancer genomics is highly desirable.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of bioinformaticians, molecular biologists, and software engineers dedicated to developing innovative analysis pipelines and diagnostic solutions in oncology.
