We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of an internal AI-driven recruitment automation solution. The product focuses on improving recruiter efficiency through automation of candidate processing, interview scheduling, feedback generation, and pipeline management. The engagement is initially planned for 3 months with a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal AI-powered recruitment automation tools;
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, recruiters, and engineering teams;
- Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Define detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Manage and prioritize backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
- Lead sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions with the team;
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows (e.g., candidate evaluation, feedback generation, scheduling automation);
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively propose solutions;
- Track product metrics and ensure delivered features bring measurable value.
Requirements
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in software development;
- Proven experience owning and delivering internal tools or automation platforms;
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes;
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/ML, LLM-based products, or automation solutions;
- Background in HRTech, recruitment processes, or ATS systems;
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools;
- Technical background (ex-engineer or strong system understanding).
