Senior Java Developer (Fixed-term) - Serbia, Poland, Croatia, Portugal

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Java Developer to join our team (18 people in total) on an exciting project! You will play a critical role in shipping missoin-critial features for the client. Project duration: 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Work on feature development and optimization in an Agile environment;
• Update and optimize the existing Java/Spring Boot codebase for seamless Azure deployment;
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to enhance the development process;
• Develop and integrate comprehensive automated testing to improve code reliability and quality;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legacy issues and refine development practices.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Software Development Engineer for 3+ years;
• Good understanding of Java (17) and Spring Boot (3.1.2);
• Experience with Angular2+ (17th version is used on project);
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka;
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins + ArgoCD;
• Experience with PostgreSQL.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Cloud providers (AWS/Azure).

• Overlap with CET timezone;
