Office Manager in Zagreb (part-time)

Now we are looking for a part-time Office Manager (2-3 hours every business day) to work in our office in Croatia, Zagreb. In this position, you will be expected to perform office duties such as organizing company events, administrative support for colleagues, and in general making sure that the office is running smoothly.

Tasks

  • We are looking for someone for a part-time role only, with no expectation of it growing into a full-time position.
  • The work week is 10–15 hours (for example, 2 hours every business day, or 3–4–3 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). We are very flexible.
  • Working hours are also flexible, but not late at night or early mornings before 9 AM.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent and excellent communication skills in English (B2-C1);
  • Croatian language at an intermediate level (B1);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages and tools for remote work (Slack, Outlook, Excel, Jira);
  • Experience working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace applications;
  • Organizational skills, and responsibility;
  • Willing to work onsite from the Zagreb office.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working in a remote/hybrid company;
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an organization with international, multicultural experience and in the growth phase;
  • Very good organization of your own work and space around you;
  • Awareness that cordiality and the ability to build good relationships with colleagues is the key to success in this role;
  • Communicative Russian language skills (B1-B2) is a plus.
