Platform Engineer

We’re looking for an operations engineer to join our team and play an instrumental role in driving agility, reliability, and operational excellence within our growing, fast-paced company. You’ll be hands on in ensuring our systems are monitored, reliable, and secure, while also building the automation, dashboards, and alerting that help us scale. This role will also take a lead in managing releases and production environments.

• Implement monitoring and alerting for services to ensure performance, availability, and resilience.
• Investigate and respond to production issues or queries quickly and effectively.
• Build dashboards and reporting to surface operational health, KPIs, and incident trends.
• Manage and execute releases, working closely with engineering and product for smooth deployments.
• Develop automation pipelines to improve CI/CD, testing, data processing, and environment management.
• Implement and maintain security monitoring, alerting, and compliance controls, ensuring our systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Improve traceability and observability of Agents and AI frameworks to deliver enterprise-grade quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain website and email monitors for the platform.
• Support production environments, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and implement improvements in workflows, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Share learnings and help shape a culture of operational excellence where reliability is a differentiator.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years working in a cloud engineering, devops or SRE role
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (CDK preferred)
• Proficiency in monitoring & logging stacks (e.g. CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Github Actions preferred)
• Strong foundation of system operations, observability, incident response, and release management
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re comfortable building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and adapting quickly.
• Passion for automation, reliability engineering, and fintech innovation.
• Ability to work independently, drive delivery, and implement changes with speed and quality.
