VP, Commercial & Brand Growth (North America)

You will be overall responsible for driving regional revenue growth, expanding into premier lifestyle channels, and shaping strategic brand partnerships across North America.

• Own the North American business strategy, P&L, and revenue growth targets
• Expand market presence beyond traditional audio channels by bridging music technology with lifestyle and street culture retail
• Build and manage high-value relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and strategic brand partners
• Architect co-branding activations and cultural partnerships that reinforce brand authenticity and reach new audiences
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies that elevate AIAIAI’s market positioning
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights across lifestyle, fashion, and tech sectors
• Collaborate closely with global product, marketing, and operations teams to align regional execution with global strategy
• Represent AIAIAI at key industry events, trade shows, and partner activations

• Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership within culture-driven lifestyle brands and/or consumer tech.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sustained revenue growth, and scale regional operations
• Strong existing network of key account buyers, retail partners, and brand decision-makers across North America
• Strategic, high-level business vision paired with a hands-on execution mindset
• Ability to thrive operating autonomously in a fast-paced, international, multi-time-zone environment
• Passion for music, audio technology, design, and contemporary street culture
