About the role

We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Growth Associate to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales. You’ll lead and run growth experiments across the funnel—acquisition, activation, retention—to uncover scalable growth levers and drive early revenue.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a mix of analytical, creative, and operational skills who thrives in ambiguity and wants to have a direct impact on shaping ai|coustics' growth engine from day one.

• Run high-velocity experiments across channels: paid ads, cold outreach, SEO, content, partnerships, referral loops.
• Own and iterate acquisition funnels (landing pages, forms, demo flows, onboarding).
• Work closely with Product to identify and execute activation & retention initiatives based on user data and feedback.
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), use cases, and segment-specific messaging.
• Design and analyze growth metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion rates) and track KPIs via analytics tools.
• Write and optimize copy for emails, landing pages, in-app messages, and campaigns.
• Create and test cold email sequences and outbound campaigns to support early sales.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and designers to align growth, product, and GTM strategies.
• Build and maintain internal growth tools (e.g. dashboards, automations, lightweight CRMs, scrapers, workflows).

• 1+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, or generalist business role at a tech startup.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with growth tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Webflow, Figma, Airtable).
• Fluent in English with excellent written communication; experience writing copy that converts is a big plus.
• Technical curiosity and aptitude—comfortable learning about and marketing developer tools or AI products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys wearing many hats.
• Interest in AI/audio technology and the ability to quickly learn and explain technical products.
• Bonus: Experience running outbound campaigns or working in B2B SaaS/AI products.
