Ahti is a premium bathroom and sanitaryware brand supplying high-quality products for residential, hospitality and commercial projects across Indonesia.

We work closely with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and hospitality groups, providing bathroom solutions ranging from taps, showers and toilets to basins, bathtubs and accessories.

Ahti is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function across Indonesia.

This is a senior, hands-on commercial role responsible for managing our sales team, building a disciplined sales organisation, improving sales performance and developing Ahti's presence across the Indonesian market.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and will have responsibility for the overall performance of the Indonesian sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ahti's sales team across Indonesia
• Take ownership of national sales performance and revenue targets
• Manage, coach and develop Sales Executives, Lead Generation Specialists and Account Management functions
• Establish clear KPIs, targets and sales-management routines
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting
• Improve sales processes from lead generation through meetings, quotations, closing and account development
• Review individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement
• Build a strong culture of accountability and commercial performance
• Work closely with the CEO on sales strategy, pricing, market development and key accounts
• Support the team on major opportunities and strategic client negotiations
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, hospitality groups and other relevant B2B clients
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems and accurate pipeline reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve the sales organisation through technology, automation and AI

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Significant experience managing B2B sales teams
• Proven responsibility for sales targets and team performance
• Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, client meetings, negotiation and closing
• Experience working in Indonesia and/or the wider Asia-Pacific region
• Strong understanding of how to manage and develop sales teams in an international or multicultural business environment
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs or senior management
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to analyse sales performance
• Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
• Professional-level English
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills

Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, building materials, sanitaryware, hospitality, property development or other specification-led B2B industries would be highly advantageous.

Location & International Experience

The position can be based in Bali or Jakarta.

We particularly welcome candidates who already have professional experience working in Indonesia or the wider APAC region and understand the commercial and cultural environment of doing business in the region.
