Project Manager

Ahti Interiors is looking for a versatile and experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team. This is a broad, cross-functional role — not limited to construction or interior fit-out. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects including showroom fit-outs and refurbishments across Indonesia, company events and product launches, and other strategic projects assigned by the leadership team.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of showroom fit-out and refurbishment projects across Indonesia
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Ahti's brand and industry events throughout the year (product launches, trade events, activations)
• Lead special strategic projects, such as identifying and securing new warehouse, office, or showroom locations
• Manage vendors, contractors, budgets, and project timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and report to COO / Director
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and quality standards are maintained across all projects

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related fields are a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Background in construction, fit-out, or interior is advantageous but not required
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, or similar)
• Fluent in English proficiency is an advantage
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage
