ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Project Sales Executive with strong experience selling building materials or interior products into B2B project environments.
Tasks
This role requires someone who understands:
- long sales cycles
- project specifications & BOQs
- procurement processes
- site coordination
- technical product discussions
- stakeholder management across architects, contractors, and PMs
This is NOT retail sales. You must be comfortable handling multiple ongoing projects, presenting to professional clients, and closing high-value orders tied to construction timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Identify upcoming villa, hotel, residential, and commercial projects in Bali through research, networks, and on-ground intelligence.
- Approach architects, developers, contractors, and interior designers to introduce Ahti.
- Build and nurture a strong project pipeline in Zoho CRM with clear tracking of project stages.
2. Specification Work & BOQ Support
- Present products to architects and designers during the specification stage.
- Understand technical requirements and match products accordingly.
- Support clients with technical sheets, catalogues, drawings, and proposal documents.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and ensure Ahti products are correctly included in spec packages.
3. Sales Cycle Management
- Conduct client meetings, showroom appointments, and site visits.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert spec opportunities into real orders.
- Coordinate closely with Operations for product availability, lead times, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders (architects → contractors → procurement).
4. Relationship Building & Account Growth
- Develop long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Build trust and become their go-to advisor for sanitaryware and interior fixtures.
- Stay updated on Bali’s development pipeline and industry movements.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to secure repeat business.
5. Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide weekly project updates and forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support events, samples, and product launches.
- Attend supplier product training to stay informed on features, materials, and installation requirements.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- Experience in project-based B2B sales (not retail).
- Background in at least one of the following:
- sanitaryware
- tiles & ceramics
- lighting
- furniture / fit-out
- kitchen systems
- construction materials
- hardware / fixtures
- Understanding of how architects, contractors, and procurement teams work.
- Familiarity with project cycles (concept → specification → tender → procurement → delivery).
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and reading basic technical information.
- Organised and detail-oriented in CRM, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
Personality
- Confident, proactive, persistent but respectful.
- Enjoys meeting clients and building relationships.
- Solution-oriented and good at handling objections.
