Tasks

Role Overview

The Logistics & Delivery Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, scheduling, and execution of deliveries for Ahti Interiors’ sanitary ware products. This role ensures that all deliveries are carried out efficiently, on time, and in line with client expectations. It requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, drivers, and clients, while supporting the overall operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily deliveries of sanitary ware to client sites, showrooms, and warehouses across Bali and Indonesia.

Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and drivers to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Prepare delivery documentation (invoices, packing lists, and any customs/shipping paperwork if required).

Track and update delivery statuses, proactively communicating timelines and any changes to clients.

Manage logistics records, including shipment costs, delivery schedules, and performance reports.

Support the Logistics Manager with scheduling, route optimization, and cost‑efficient logistics planning.

Resolve delivery issues or discrepancies, escalating to the Logistics Manager where needed.

Work closely with the sales and projects teams to ensure smooth order‑to‑delivery processes.

Requirements

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or supply chain administration (ideally in construction, interiors, or similar industries).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and logistics/ERP software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
