In this role, you will oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

🎯 YOUR TASKS

🚀 Supply Chain Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth, product launches, and operational efficiency.

📦 Logistics & Operations Management: Manage warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

🤝 Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.

💰 Cost Management & Optimization: Analyze costs across the supply chain and implement strategies to improve cost-efficiency without compromising quality or service.

🌿 Sustainability & Compliance: Develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices in line with EU regulations.

📊 Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, finance, and sales to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.

🚀 YOUR SKILLS

🔍 Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

💡 Technical Know-how: Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (ERP systems is a plus).

📦 Supply Chain Expertise: 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.

💪🏼 Business Acumen: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

🌱 Sustainability Focus: Experience with sustainability initiatives and compliance standards.

🗣️ Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
