Sales Lead B2B DACH region

We’re looking for a Sales Lead who knows how to spot an opportunity and turn it into a lasting business relationship. Your mission is to identify and engage companies that would benefit from custom-built software, and help them understand how we can support their growth.

• Proactively identify potential clients in need of custom software development
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and networking
• Understand client needs and align them with our services
• Collaborate with our technical team to shape proposals and solutions
• Represent Agile Software Design in meetings, calls, and at industry events
• Drive the sales process from first contact to signed contract

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or tech services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Strong understanding of business needs across different industries
• Fluent in English and German (Other languages are a big plus)
• Methodical, independent, and results-driven
