Project Manager Energy Distribution

agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals, Information Technology and life science sectors.

As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.

• Management of complex projects in the field of overhead line construction (from procurement to commissioning)
• Planning, design and implementation of overhead line projects for voltage levels from 16 kV to 380 kV
• Planning of project resources and finances as well as coordination with the technical and land rights team
• Preparation of the preliminary design and planning applications as well as the preparation of tenders for the execution of the works and the supply of materials
• Elaboration of the answers to the calls for tender of our customers
• Negotiations with clients, authorities, partners, landowners and suppliers
• Follow-up, control of quality, deadlines and cost management

• Degree in electrical engineering, steel construction or civil engineering
• Proven experience as a project manager in the construction of overhead lines in power transmission and distribution
• Leadership skills and business sense, managing the project team with clear objectives and tasks
• Flexible, autonomous and ideally with good relationships with partners in the field of line construction
• Very good initiative, organization and communication skills
• German native level or at least C1
