Technical Product Manager - Animal Nutrition

Our client, an innovative and internationally active company in the animal nutrition sector, is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing products that contribute to improved animal health. You will play a key role in product management, acting as the link between R&D, production, and sales.

You will also be involved in initiating and executing new projects, constantly seeking improvements and innovations that meet market needs.

With your technical expertise and analytical skills, you will support the implementation of strategies aimed at strengthening the company's market position. You will work closely with internal teams and international partners, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and further development.

• Develop and manage the product portfolio, including the launch of new products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to commercial rollout.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the technical and commercial feasibility of projects.
• Implement market-driven product strategies and translate customer needs into concrete product solutions.
• Coordinate product development projects, both internally and externally.
• Analyze market trends and competition to drive strategic product developments.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO+), ideally in a relevant technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within the animal nutrition or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the product development cycle and experience in managing technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally (15-20%).

• Salary range: 75.000 - 115.000 euro gross a year, including holiday allowance
