Your tasks
Market preparation
Material preparation: Line & order sheets, brand book, press update.
Showroom preparation: Booking of venues, coordinating of interior space.
Invite- and appointment management.
Sample management.
Assist the Sales Managers during market appointments
After-Sales process and management
System data management: Entering customers, orders/reorders/swaps, claims, credit memos.
Sales operations & logistics: Complying with vendor manuals, confirming and ensuring accuracy of orders and achieving on-time shipping.
Reporting support.
Account support: Creating training documents, leading product knowledge seminars, coordinating special events (i.e. trunk shows).
Ad hoc research and analyses including research of markets, competition, pricing.
Supporting your Manager across all projects.
Your profile
First experience in sales or buying for a fashion brand.
Academic degree in relevant subject matter.
Excellent communication skills in English and in either German, French or Italian ar a must.
Driven and has startup mentality.
Keen eye for industry trends.
