Starting position designed to grow fast in a Mental Health Startup | Psychology background | French & English must | Join a mission driven Team | Passion needed | 100% | Office in the heart of Zurich with potential day trips to Romandie, remote only not possible
We see the world through the lens of our psyche — like looking through a window that casts the outside world in shades of gray or vibrant colors. Every day, each of us has the power to shift our perspective and experience reality in a new way. When people gain access to this insight, mental barriers transform into opportunities for personal growth, leading to a more fulfilling and happy life. And because happiness is contagious, society changes—one mind at a time.
You love psychology. You've spent years learning how people think, feel and change. But you don't see yourself in a therapy room every day, and the other doors everyone points you to don't feel quite right either.
There is another one. At Aepsy, you'll work with psychologists instead of patients: finding them, supporting them, growing a community together and helping them build a practice they love. Your psychology background isn't a nice-to-have here. It's the reason psychologists will trust you.
As Community Manager Romandie, you own our community of French-speaking psychologists in Switzerland, as part of our Community & Operations team in Zurich alongside the leads for our German-, Italian- and English-speaking communities. You find and onboard psychologists, you are their first point of contact, help them with administrative and everyday questions, and look out for new opportunities so they can bloom. Together, we will shape the role around your strengths and passions. This is a starting position designed to grow fast, with real ownership from your first weeks.
Bring psychologists' feedback into our product, processes and operations
Work closely with our marketing, product & design, sales and insurance partnerships teams
Help with client support, translations and content in French
Spot what's not working yet and come up with better ways to do it
You enjoy reaching out to people, finding out authentically what the right path is for them. When something gets in their way, you don't just take it away, you want to make it better. This role needs both: the courage to reach out and the heart to take care.
You're structured and at the same time full of ideas you want to push for. You're proactive, see opportunities in challenges, and thrive in a team where everyone supports each other and grows for something bigger.
If you hear about Aepsy's mission, your heart should beat faster, and your hand should instinctively reach out — because you won't want to miss the opportunity to be part of it. We need people who are crazy enough to believe that their actions can change the world.
Full-time position (100%) on-site in Zurich, with potential day trips to Romandie

Native or bilingual proficiency in French (spoken & written)

We are a vibrant team with diverse backgrounds and beliefs, and we genuinely love what we do. We love conversations about the big picture as much as the smallest details. We work hard to make the world a slightly better place.
At the same time, we are mothers, fathers, husbands and wives, wine lovers, stand-up comedians, musicians, dancers, yoga practitioners, and Zen monks who appreciate and enjoy life.
