About the role

As Founder's Associate you work directly with the CEO on the strategic core of the business: growth, market expansion, and fundraising. This is a high-leverage role for a sharp generalist who wants a front-row seat building one of Europe's most ambitious health platforms.

This is not a coordination job. You own outcomes, not tasks. You move at startup speed with strategic depth, and you are measured on results, not activity.

Tasks

What you own first

This role is broad by design, but the standard is not. Within your first six months you will own at least one company-priority workstream end to end, with a real number attached, reported by you without the CEO in the numbers. We assign the specific outcome together in your first 30 days, once we have read the quarter's priorities and your strengths.

What does not flex: you carry a metric, you drive it, and you are judged on the result, not the activity around it.

What you grow into

Growth and strategic projects

  • Take on discrete, high-leverage projects the company cannot otherwise get done
  • Stand up new growth motions end to end such as referral, partnerships, and new channels, partnering with the growth team rather than owning their funnel
  • Turn ambiguous problems into structured projects with a clear owner and a number

International expansion

  • Help drive market entry in new geographies including Germany, the Netherlands, and the UAE
  • Coordinate with clinical partners on local readiness, research regulatory and reimbursement requirements
  • Build localized go-to-market strategy: personas, channels, and pricing
  • Support localization of CRM, onboarding flows, and product touchpoints

Fundraising support

  • Own the data room, keep the financial model and investor FAQs current, and coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and product
  • Prepare metrics and dashboards for investor conversations
  • The CEO leads the raise. You make the machine behind it run.

Founder support and special projects

  • Prepare strategic memos and board materials
  • Help establish operating rituals like team meetings and OKR tracking
  • Act as a multiplier for the CEO's time and attention

Requirements

Must-haves

  • A track record of owning a goal end to end and hitting a number, including when it was slipping and you had to fight for it. This is the one thing we screen hardest for.
  • High ownership: you close loops, follow through, and do not wait to be told
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. You distill complexity into clear thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort building models, digging into data, and forming a view
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to context-switch across very different workstreams
  • A Swiss work permit, or Swiss, EU, or EFTA citizenship

Nice to have

  • Background in a high-growth startup, consulting, venture, or investment banking
  • Experience in health, biotech, or a regulated industry
  • Exposure to fundraising or investor relations
  • A real passion for health and prevention
  • German and/or Swiss German
