As we scale across Europe, we believe that community and trust are among the most powerful levers to shape how an entire generation thinks about health. In this role, you will own Aeon’s voice and directly shape how our content drives engagement, trust, and long-term brand perception.
Tasks
As our Social & Content Lead, you will have one of the most visible and impactful roles in the company, taking full ownership of Aeon's online presence across different channels. You live and breathe social media and have a genuine passion for building communities and developing social channels.
Above all, this role demands someone who is exceptional at two things:
Making content that looks and feels exceptional: You can shoot and edit high-quality videos. You have an eye for what works and what doesn’t, know how to frame a shot, control lighting, and cut videos that tell meaningful stories and catch attention.
Making content that actually performs: You understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and come back - and you are hungry to figure out what that looks like for Aeon. You have done something similar before and can show us the work you are proud of.

Your tasks:
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content independently
- Handle lighting, framing, sound, and setup confidently
- Edit at a high level using Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other professional editing tools
- Work with our fully equipped in-house studio: Sony FX6, Sony FX3, Aputure lighting rigs, and MacBooks built for cine-level workflows
- Own Aeon's social channels end-to-end across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute content strategy based on positioning, audience, and platform dynamics
- Analyze why certain formats perform and develop hypotheses to test
- Develop and run structured content tests
- Continuously improve content based on performance data
- Engage daily with the community (comments, DMs, tone of voice)
- Turn complex health topics into content people want to watch and share
Requirements
- You have already built or helped build a social community - and can prove it
- You understand why content performs and have the analytical mindset to improve it - we will help you sharpen and systematize that further
- You are skilled in video production and editing, comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
- You think in engagement depth, not just reach
- You are structured, proactive, and ownership-driven
- You are fluent in German and English
- Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship and ability to work from our office in Winterthur
- You are passionate about health & prevention
