🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager (Founding Role)

By combining advanced MRI technology, comprehensive blood analyses, and medical expertise, we provide individuals with rapid and precise assessments of their overall health. Our mission is to make early detection and proactive health management accessible to everyone.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure exceptional service along the entire customer journey thorughout all communication channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cusromer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers and partners to ensure their continued success and engagement with Aeon's services.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvements and upselling.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing valuable insights from customers feedback and as a brand ambassador towards customers and partners representing aeon

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Native level German speaker required; Swiss-German & French proficiency is a strong plus
