Operational support: Assist in executing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating customer appointments, managing schedules, and handling general administrative duties.

Strategic Projects: Assist in planning and executing key operational initiatives.

Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency.

Data Analysis: Support in interpreting operational data to inform decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to align operational tasks.

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related fields.

Hands-on mentality: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, tackle challenges head-on, and take ownership of tasks—big or small.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

Proactivity: Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
