We’re Aella Creative Force, a bold branding and digital agency based in Westport, Ireland, operating across Ireland, UK, and other EU countries. We help ambitious brands grow online through strategy, creative, and performance marketing that actually moves the needle.

In 2026, we’re scaling fast. We need a Performance Marketing Specialist who will own paid acquisition across Meta and Google for our client portfolio, end-to-end. Strategy, campaign builds, creative direction, optimisation, scaling, and reporting. All yours.

Tasks

Paid Social & Search

  • Own, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads - Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping
  • Build high-performing acquisition funnels for leads and conversions across multiple client accounts
  • Test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers relentlessly to drive lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and stronger Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Brief and collaborate with our creative team on scroll-stopping ad visuals and copy - you know what makes a conversion creative and what doesn’t
  • Build and manage audience targeting: custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and retargeting across Meta and GoogleScale what works fast. Cut what doesn’t. No attachment to campaigns that aren’t delivering.

Campaign Optimisation & Performance

  • Monitor ad budgets daily - pacing, bids, spend efficiency, and return at every level
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
  • Track ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates across all accounts - and act on the data, not just report it

Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce clear, insightful performance reports for clients - translating numbers into strategy, not just dashboards
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses across accounts and bring proactive recommendations to the team
  • Stay current on Meta and Google platform updates, new ad formats, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
  • Scale proven campaigns: build retargeting sequences, upsell funnels, and automation once performance is validated

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads - with measurable results you can show us
  • Strong command of campaign structure: ad sets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency environment
  • Analytical mindset: you read the data, you know what it means, and you know exactly what to do next
  • Creative instinct: you understand what makes a great ad and you can direct our creative team to produce one
  • Proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads reporting tools
  • Strong written communication in English - for reports, client updates, and internal briefs

Bonus points for:

  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or similar attribution platforms
  • Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement
  • Background in e-commerce, SaaS, B2B, or lifestyle brand paid advertising
