Freelance Full Stack Developer

At Aella, we work with visionary founders and ambitious teams to bring ideas to life, fast. From sleek MVPs to scalable internal platforms, we blend branding, UX, automation, and AI to build digital tools that are clear, useful, and actually ship.

As our tech offering grows, we’re looking for two (2) freelance full stack developers to collaborate with us on a rolling basis. We have multiple builds lined up. Each one is different, but all are design-led, fast-moving, and built to solve real problems.

You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy team to shape products from concept to delivery. We’re looking for developers who lean frontend, love clean code and intuitive UX, and are just as comfortable setting up backend logic, workflows, and integrations when needed.

• Responsive interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind, or Framer Motion
• Backend logic and API setup using Supabase, Firebase, or Node.js/Express
• Cloud infrastructure and secure storage using AWS (S3, Lambda, Cognito) or similar
• Connecting APIs like OpenAI, Claude, Stripe, auth, or PDF exports
• Building automation workflows using n8n
• Contributing to AI agents such as smart assistants, Q&A bots, or prompt-based flows
• Admin panels, onboarding flows, export logic, custom dashboards
• Optional but fun: vibe coding sessions where we build together, share wins, and play music

• Strong in frontend development with a solid understanding of backend
• Experience on 2–5+ shipped projects (SaaS, tools, MVPs, platforms)
• Fluent in JavaScript and React/Next.js, and familiar with Supabase or AWS
• Confident integrating APIs and handling full feature flows from frontend to backend
• Available 5 days per week, able to self-manage and keep momentum
• Clear communicator and async-friendly (we use Slack, Notion, Loom)
• Based in Europe or a nearby time zone
• Reliable, curious, and collaborative with a drive to push ideas forward

Bonus Points

You’ve worked with or built AI tools or agent-style logic flows

• Experience using n8n or other automation platforms
• Good understanding of UX structure and design systems
• You’ve freelanced, collaborated with founders, or led your own product build
