Client growth: Learn how to identify opportunities, improve performance and grow your client portfolio.

Client onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and make sure they get off to a strong start.

Product feeds: Audit and enhance product data feeds to maximize campaign potential.

Requirements

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, mathematics, science or another analytical field.

Business-professional German and fluent English (C1); additional languages, especially French, are a plus.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, including excellent MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage your time and priorities effectively in a remote setup.

Proactive, quick to learn and ready to take ownership of your work.

Previous marketing or sales experience in the DACH market is a plus.

Benefits

A growing international team with a strong team spirit.

Fully remote work with all the equipment you need.

Flexible working hours and the freedom to structure your own day.

Regular team off-sites to connect in person.

A lean start-up culture with short decision paths and no unnecessary meetings.

Paid holidays, sick days and public holidays.

A Quick Reality Check
This role won’t be the right fit if:

You need someone else to structure your day or keep you productive.

You prefer clear instructions over taking ownership and figuring things out.

You’re looking for a short-term stepping stone rather than a place to grow long-term.

If you’re eager to learn fast and take responsibility early, you’ll fit right in. Not everything comes with a manual — and that’s part of the fun.
