ADM VALUE is currently recruiting a customer service agent for one of our prestigious clients. Assist customers with their requests via email and telephone for the English market.

Your mission:

\- Help achieve production and quality targets in terms of customer service and provide high performance support.

\- Help improve our customers' experience on a daily basis.

**\- Native level of English** both oral and written.

\- Another language will be a plus.

\- Good communication and people skills.

\- Proactive and multitasking skills.

\- Work experience in customer service is desirable.

\- Eager to learn and grow day by day.

Contract of 39h per week / Permanent contract From Monday to Sunday (with 2 weekends off per month) From 14h to 22h
