Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel-related issues, returns, and general inquiries.
Ensure every interaction provides a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience.
Handle customer requests efficiently while meeting KPIs and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
Native-level Dutch, both written and spoken.
Good command of English for internal communication and training.
Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or a contact center is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
A permanent 39-hour per week contract.
From monday to friday from 8hs to 19hs in two shifts and 2 saturdays a month from 8hs to 18hs.
Annual gross salary of €23,173, plus up to €3,480 gross per year in performance bonus.
