Job description: External Customer Success Agent
(FR/BE)
ADM Barcelona - 37.5hs weekly working hours -
French and Belgium markets.
The opportunity:
Take care of our car owners renting on the platform across France/Belgium with an English to help them boost their performance, increase their
engagement and loyalty, and minimize churn.
You will work closely with the OSM Paris and Connect operations teams.
What you will do:
● Zendesk tickets level 1 and 2 for the French and Belgium markets.
● Perform the Connect offboarding calls for the French and Belgium markets.
● Follow-up calls with the Connect owners with the device not enabled.
● Last call to owners with confirmed Connect installation requests, but didn’t schedule the installation with the partners.
● Follow-ups with the lost Connect devices if the Connect uninstallation is not done.
● Call campaigns on different segments depending on the needs.
What you will bring:
● You have at least 1 successful experience in a customer facing position (Customer
Success, Customer Support, Sales)
● Native in French and fluent in English.
● Since your workday will include a lot of phone calls, you love spending time talking to
people and motivating others for success.
● You are transparent and share any challenges, so you can get support.
● You are flexible as the processes and missions will evolve.
Temporary contract covering an employee on long-term sick leave.
