Admitad is a global IT company that develops and invests in advertising and monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management, media buying, and smart shopping solutions. In addition to the Partner Network existing on the Polish market for several years, Admitad's portfolio also includes Marketplace for Advertisers, internal startup studio Admitad Projects, etc. We are developing new ways to generate sales and monetize online. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team and work on the Polish market.

Tasks

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities;
  • Introducing new technological products to the market;
  • Developing and implementing a business strategy for attracting new industry-leading clients;
  • Developing and implementing a sales process and plans for scaling up Admitad’s business;
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients;
  • Building solid relationships with colleagues from marketing, product and legal teams;
  • Doing market research to learn about the competition and prepare benchmarks;
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs negotiate and sign deals with new partners;
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience in consulting sales of business solutions (B2B);
  • 3+ years of business development experience in an internet/technology company;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiations;
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Product knowledge and business processes (sales, marketing);
  • Ability to prepare business offers and presentations - self-confidence and belief in the service you are selling are important;
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic and changing environment;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to speak and write English at least B2/C1 level (work in an international environment);
  • Willingness to travel.
