Corporate Treasury Manager

Exclusive Mandate > On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Treasury Manager to join a leading industrial group with worldwide presence.

In this newly created role, you will actively contribute to the establishment of a modern Group Treasury function with global scope. The position combines strategic development with hands-on treasury operations, in close collaboration with Group Finance.

• Contribution to the establishment of a group-wide treasury framework, including policies, processes, governance and compliance standards
• Active participation in the development of liquidity, financing and risk management strategies
• Further optimisation of the Treasury Management System (TIS) and related ERP interfaces to support cash, liquidity and risk management
• Management of global cash and liquidity planning, banking structures, and intercompany financing activities
• Monitoring of FX exposures, hedging activities and credit facilities
• Integration of treasury data into group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Based in Switzerland
• Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Controlling or a comparable field
• Min. 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Corporate Finance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Solid expertise in liquidity management, financing instruments and financial risk management
• Advanced Excel skills, exposure to Power BI is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, ideally in German as well
