The Organizational & Operational Excellence Expert is responsible for building and implementing an institutional excellence framework across the Group, improving performance, standardizing processes, and ensuring strong execution follow-up. The role focuses on continuous improvement, KPI governance, root-cause analysis for underperformance, and delivering initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and periodically update the Group’s institutional excellence framework, unified policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow up on strategic and operational plans; track progress, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Build, update, and analyze KPIs in coordination with executive departments and leadership.
  • Review and enhance organizational structures, internal policies, and process flows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies against best practices in real estate and institutional sectors.
  • Monitor performance of projects and initiatives; analyze causes of delays and performance gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Prepare executive operational and analytical reports with insights, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Support institutional transformation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and integration.
  • Track implementation of corrective action plans resulting from performance reviews, audits, and internal assessments.
  • Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence through coaching, awareness, and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and manage operational risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Quality, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Performance Management, Process Improvement, or a similar role (group/multi-entity exposure is preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and performance governance.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, SOP development, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work across teams and entities.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
  • Kaizen / Continuous Improvement Certifications
  • ISO / Quality Management exposure
