Acoustic Index

1-10

Berlin, on-site · Full-time · Business Development focus · 12% commission + 1,000 EUR/month · Start: Flexible

As a Founders Associate, you work directly with the two founders and take on real responsibility in business development from day one. You sit close to the important decisions and actively drive the growth of Acoustic Index. Start: ASAP.

About us

Acoustic Index is an early-stage bootstrapped startup based in Berlin. We are building the platform where acoustic manufacturers list their products with measurement data, so that planners, architects and acousticians find exactly the right material. More in the works. Two founders, a fast-growing partner list, a clear focus on West Europe for now.

Vos missions

Business development. You identify suitable manufacturer partners and proactively reach out to them. You get new companies talking to Acoustic Index.

User research. You speak to users to find out pain points and how to serve more value.

Pipeline building. You book first meetings for the founders and keep the sales pipeline full and well followed up.

Market and lead research. You systematically expand our target list across DACH and beyond and find the right contacts by not only talking to our customer side but also to our users.

CRM. You document every contact cleanly and keep the whole pipeline in view.

Vos compétences

AI-Native. You have been using AI since the beginning and integrate it into your daily workflow.

Studying Engineering or a related field. Whether it is a mandatory or a voluntary internship does not matter, as long as you can be all in. One to four previous internships are a plus, not a must.

Native-level proficiency in at least one of German, French or Italian, combined with very good English.

Strong communicator. You proactively approach people and companies and hold conversations at eye level, including with managing directors and CEOs.

Self-driven and hands-on. This role is not a nine-to-five. It is for someone who wants responsibility and goes all in.

Advantage: Native-level English, French or Italian proficiency. In France and Italy, many SME managing directors do not speak good English, so you would open these markets for us directly and take on visible responsibility quickly.

Avantages

Real responsibility and direct access to the founders from day one.

A steep development in business development and sales, close to the building of a growing startup.

12% commission + 1,000 EUR per month. 3 months.

An honest path to a permanent role if you deliver.

Apply directly here, or send us a short email with your CV to moritz@acousticindex.com introducing yourself and telling us why the role appeals to you. We will get back to you quickly.
