Associate Allied Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd. (AACIPL) is a leading distributor of aroma chemicals, essential oils, and specialty ingredients, catering to the fragrance, flavor, personal care, and home care industries.

Tasks

  • Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documents such as SDS, CoAs, TDS, product declarations, and compliance certificates.
  • Assist in compiling dossiers for product registration or notification across various regions (REACH, EU CLP, India BIS, US TSCA, etc.).
  • Track regulatory changes affecting raw materials and distributed products; update internal teams accordingly
  • Maintain accurate regulatory records within internal databases and document management systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers for updated regulatory documents and compliance confirmations.
  • Support customer queries regarding regulatory information, certifications, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining internal compliance procedures, SOPs, and audit documentation.
  • Help ensure compliance with chemical import/export regulations
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and QC teams to provide timely regulatory inputs.
  • Support sustainability and ESG reporting initiatives, including data gathering for substance disclosures and environmental compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, chemical compliance, product stewardship, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (REACH, CLP, TSCA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with document management systems is advantageous.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Bonuses
