Tasks

As Pedagogy Manager, you will support the Pedagogy team to enable the smooth running of Piscines and oversee that the Students successfully complete the Common Core.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and oversee all aspects of the Piscines and prepare the kick-off for the next batch,
  • Maintain an onsite presence to address students' everyday problems, including questions about projects, exams, time management, and motivation,
  • Exchange with the tech team on the needed tools for monitoring the Curriculum,
  • Support the Pedagogy Lead with the development of research topics, data analysis or new learning projects,
  • Maintain internal tools, knowledge base and documentation.

Must-have:

  • Right to live and work in Germany,
  • 42 Common Core completed or similar education background,
  • At least one year of work experience at a 42 Campus or in a learning organisation,
  • Dedication to student success and the 42 model,
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English,
  • Friendly, kind, helpful, proactive, and flexible personality,
  • Strong alignment with our values of inclusivity and open-mindedness.

Nice-to-have:

  • Proficiency in C, C++, Shell scripting, Python, or data analysis,
  • Experience with the 42 API,
  • French, German and/or other languages skills (considering our diverse international student community with 50+ nationalities).
