21X aims to be the first European DLT exchange.

21X is a Frankfurt-based fintech and is in the process of being authorised as a financial institution that will launch the first ESMA-licensed, blockchain-based exchange under the EU DLT regulation - DLTR. We are a global team of capital markets, digital assets and public blockchain experts with a proven track record of building regulated digital asset exchanges.

## Tasks

*   Definition of the trading system and related business requirements
*   Design of the process flow focusing on financial product and trading requirements
*   Specification and performance of user acceptance tests
*   Second-level support for business operations

## Requirements

*   Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business or engineering studies.
*   Good knowledge of stock exchange trading and the financial environment.
*   Quick comprehension skills combined with a high level of problem-solving competence.
*   Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
*   Business fluent English  - German knowledge as an advantage
