YOUR MISSION

As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Drawing inspiration from the legendary 7 Samurai, our team comprises distinct specialists, each wielding unique skills to navigate the frontiers of innovation. Building upon our Heartbeat Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy Services to our end customers in every market we operate in ⚡️#NewEnergy

In your role you will focus on:

• Innovating new products: Ideate, validate, prototype and launch groundbreaking digital products & services on top of our Heartbeat platform.
• Scaling existing products: Customize and scale live products (i.e. Dynamic Pulse) to more customers and international markets.
• Taking ownership: Take entrepreneurial end-to-end ownership for the what, when, where and how. Mastering communication: Master the art of product communication both to internal and external stakeholders – including the end customer.

Your profile

You have 3+ years in-depth experience with following skills:

• Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the energy market including regulatory trends, emerging technologies, and end customer needs. Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough market analyses, identify potential business opportunities, and make informed decisions regarding product development and Go-To-Market strategies in the HEMS and energy sector.
• Creative Problem Solving: The ability to think creatively and solve complex problems within the context of HEMS and the energy sector, fostering an environment of innovation which will enable the whole team to build outstanding & award winning products which solve real customer problems worldwide.
• Prototyping and Validation: Hands-on experience in rapid prototyping and validation methodologies to quickly test and iterate on innovative ideas, ensuring that proposed solutions align with market needs and technological feasibility.
• Risk Management: Strong risk assessment and management skills to navigate uncertainties in the energy market, evaluate potential disruptions, and guide the innovation process with a focus on minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
• Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding to develop business cases, assess investment opportunities, and ensure that business decisions align with profitability goals in the context of the energy sector. BONUS Technical Acumen: Strong technical proficiency in HEMS, power electronics and energy-related technologies, allowing you to engage effectively with development teams, understand system architectures, and make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.
