We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (gn) to join us at our headquarters in Fulda, Germany in full-time starting as soon as possible.

Your Role
- Assist with coordinating and communicating with external marketing agencies, helping ensure smooth workflows and alignment with internal objectives.
- Manage the technical implementation of marketing content across multiple channels such as our website (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing tools (newsletters).
- Create engaging internal marketing materials that support internal communication and enhance brand consistency.
- Maintain and organize our internal marketing asset repository to ensure easy access to up-to-date content, templates, and visuals for internal stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to agency collaborations.
- Collaborate on cross-departmental marketing initiatives and help bring campaigns and strategies to life through planning and execution support.
- Keep our marketing platforms, tools, and related documentation organized and up to date.
- Support the implementation of lead-generation activities.
Your Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
- Fluency in English and ideally another European language, German is a plus
- A strong understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
