**Position: Technical Service Manager (Mitteleuropa)**  
**Standort:** Köln, ca. 30 % Reisetätigkeit (hauptsächlich EMEA, gelegentlich USA)  
**Sprache:** Fließendes Englisch erforderlich

## Tasks

*   Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des **Center of Technical Service Excellence** in Europa.
*   Führung und Entwicklung lokaler Serviceteams in Deutschland und den Benelux-Ländern.
*   Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Serviceverträgen und After-Sales-Support.
*   Umsatzsteigerung im Servicegeschäft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit BDM und Director of Service.
*   Motivation, Entwicklung und Führung leistungsstarker Teams.
*   Verantwortung für KPIs: Reparaturdurchlaufzeiten, Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS), Serviceeffizienz, Umsatz/Marge.
*   Organisation von Administration: Geräte-Rückläufer, Leihgeräte, Ersatzteile, Ressourcenplanung.
*   Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Global Service Programs, Logistik, Customer Service, Tender Management).
*   Einhaltung von ISO 13485, Unternehmensrichtlinien und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
*   Regelmäßiges Reporting und Mitwirkung an strategischen sowie operativen Geschäftsplänen.

## Requirements

*   Abgeschlossenes Studium (vorzugsweise Ingenieurwesen) oder gleichwertig.
*   Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst (idealerweise Medizintechnik).
*   Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung mit nachweislicher Kompetenz in Teamentwicklung.
*   Erfahrung mit ISO-13485-Qualitätssystemen.
*   Erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung.
*   Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Oracle, CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce).
