## Your role at zolar

This is a senior leadership role within zolar’s Finance team for someone who wants partner with the CFO in creating and agile Finance function and processes that evolves with our growth. It will provide an opportunity for interacting with key company leaders with impact to decision-making, working with cross-functional teams and problem solving and creating an impact by taking on mission critical highly visible projects important for success of our business. 

* __You Will__ 
· Oversee recurring Month end closing and Year end closing procedures based on IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB today) for all entities (only German entities today, but will expand to other countries soon). 
· Previous experience in the area of group consolidation and internationalisation. 
· Grow, set up and manage team for future scaling and growth. 
· Drive and foster accounting excellence by implementing and improving Internal Control System to enable our high growth. 
· Produce entity level and consolidated level P&L, balance sheet and cash flows. 
· Analyse existing finance processes, identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of new processes and tools. 
· Manage tax obligations and requirements in conjunction with our external tax advisers, including VAT, withholding tax and other requirements. 
· Responsible for external audits reports working with Auditors. 
· Provide insights and analysis to improve transparency on business performance to Management. 
· Responsibility for the short-term liquidity planning of the group. 
· Confident handling of DATEV and/or other ERP systems.

## Your qualifications

* __You Bring__ 
· Ideally at least 7+ years of experience in (Group) Accounting, Audit in IFRS and/or HGB or similar experience (Big 4 desired). 
· 3 plus years of controlling experience high growth start up desired. 
· Several years of experience in leading and developing a team. 
· Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. 
· Very good Excel skills and knowledge of scaling up accounting and controlling systems. 
· C2 Level German and Fluent English (C1 Level or higher) are required.
