## Your role at zolar

* Providing fast and effective IT support for employees in the office and remotely (via Jira HD, email, Slack, phone, 1:1 on-site)
* On- and offboarding of employees, including hardware provision (Windows, & Mac) and access to required tools from the first day of work
* Maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure at the workplace (e.g. TV, printer, scanner, conference room equipment)
* Hardware management: Management of zolar-owned devices, including inventory, lifecycle monitoring and repairs
* Contract and license management: forecasting requirements, negotiating with vendors and monitoring usage
* Development and implementation of improvements in software and systems (e.g. Okta, knowledge base, process updates)
* Collaboration with external providers for construction work, maintenance and testing in office buildings
