As Zenjob is accelerating its growth, we look for a key team member to own and further develop our SEO and conversion rate optimization activities. In this role, you will report to Marichka Baluk, Director of Growth Marketing. You will drive our organic growth through SEO and ASO and work with the Paid User Acquisition team to improve our conversion funnels. You will be a crucial contributor to our success across all UA channels and will have a unique opportunity to define our approach to growth and optimization both on the web and in the app.

__What you'll do__ 

* Drive our efforts across SEO/ASO and CRO for both paid and organic user acquisition
* Translate user engagement data, business requirements, Google Trends & Market Development into further developing our SEO and CRO strategy
* Research UA flow performance and work together with the web team on the testing roadmap, funnel improvements, provide performance feedback.
* Bridge the gap in web and mobile optimization and drive a unified strategy for SEO/ASO
* Build close relationships with the entire team and all Stakeholders in Marketing, Content, Sales, Quality Management, Product

__What you'll bring__

* You have 3+ years of experience leading large-scale SEO projects.
* You have experience using Google Analytics, AppAnnie, SEO tools (ahrefs, Moz, Semrush, etc.), and website analytics like Hotjar. Experience with additional analytics tools is a plus.
* With great attention to detail, you have experience in end-to-end project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
* You are passionate about user experience and conversion rate optimization and have a proven track record in optimizing acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates and
* You have a track record of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* You have strong communication skills and can explain complex issues clearly to a non-expert audience.
* You are fluent in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
