We're looking for someone who owns a room.

Four Reformer studios in Berlin and a new Strength space launching soon. We're the fastest growing elevated fitness brand in Germany, and we're building the team that gets us there.

A great session at YTTP looks like 40 people moving in unison, fully in it. That doesn't happen by accident. It takes someone who reads the room before they say a word. Someone whose presence sets the tone the moment they walk in.

We're looking for someone who belongs on that floor, who walks in knowing their craft, loves the connection, and leaves every class empowered by the energy of the room.

What we're looking for

Our new reformer coaches. You don't need Reformer experience.

What we can't teach is presence. You know your craft, you've led big groups and you're good at it. Your cueing is sharp, your energy is real, and you don't have to force it. Whether your background is Boxing, Cycling, Pilates, Strength, Cardio or something else entirely — if you've been doing this professionally for 2+ years and you know how to carry a full room, we want to meet you.

What happens next

1. Group Audition, Friday July 3rd and/or July 10th at 2 pm in Berlin.

Show us how you lead. Confident, precise, in control.

2. Intensive reformer training*, July 14th to 17th (if audition succseeded)

*Please disregard this requirement if you have trained with us in the last year (send us your certification).

Your have a serious background in:

• Boxing
• Cycling
• Reformer
• Pilates
• Strength
• Cardio

...or any other discipline that you know how to lead.

• 2+ years professional experience leading group classes
• Proven track record of leading large fitness groups

• Freelance contract with a path to part-time employment / or employment directly
• A community that takes the work seriously
• A platform to do your best teaching
• Internal training and workshops, so your craft keeps growing alongside ours.

• We offer each instructor an intensive reformer training program.
• We value a strong anatomical and bio-mechanical knowledge over a classical pilates certification.
