What you'll do
Oversee the operation and VIP customer management
Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers
Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs
Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation
Requirements
What you'll need
At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management
Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience
Proficient in Korean/Chinese and English can be used as business communication
Good in communication and responsive
