4.  **30-Min Culture Fit Interview** – Call with Zina (CEO) to see if we share the same mindset.
5.  **Hackathon Day** – You’ll team up with other top candidates to solve real problems, and show us what you can do in action.

*   Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL.

*   C1/C2 English skills (written & spoken).

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

*   Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompting.
*   Experience with Prisma, Node.js, Python.
*   Background in AI agents or Co-Pilots.
*   Building ETL pipelines for structured data extraction.
