You own the public voice and the participant experience of a upcoming developer programs. From launch through the program finale, you run the marketing campaign calendar, grow and manage the developer community on Discord, and keep participants engaged, informed, and shipping. You work closely with the program lead, outreach contractors, designers, and partner contacts at major tech companies and developer communities.ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaigns
- Execute a launch campaign timed to a major partner product release, including announcement posts, partner co-marketing, and teaser content
- Own the cross-channel campaign calendar: social media (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), newsletter, and Discord announcements
- Produce and schedule social content from provided templates and key art; brief designers on new asset needs
- Coordinate marketing pushes for recurring public lecture events — speaker promotion, registration drives, recap content
- Support production of marketing videos (intros, showcases, teasers): scripting input, publishing, and distribution
- Track and report campaign performance (signups, engagement, channel growth) weeklyCommunity Management
- Build, structure, and moderate the program Discord: onboarding flows, channel architecture, roles, rules, and rituals
- Drive daily engagement during the intensive program phase: check-ins, deadline reminders, milestone celebrations, troubleshooting escalation
- Manage participant communications end to end — acceptance emails, weekly updates, deadline enforcement messaging
- Liaise with community partners: support dedicated prize tracks, participant recruitment commitments, and judge coordination
- Gather community feedback and testimonials; surface standout builders for showcase content
- Support logistics communication for the in-person finale (invitations, travel info, agenda)
Requirements
- Requirements3+ years in developer marketing, community management, or DevRel — ideally in XR, gaming, mobile, or AI tooling
- Native-level English writing; you can shift between hype (launch posts) and precision (deadline emails)
- Hands-on Discord expertise: you've built or scaled a developer community, not just posted in one
- Comfortable speaking to mobile and AI developers in their own language — you know what an SDK, an agent, and a build pipeline are
- Proven ability to run a multi-week campaign calendar independently across time zones
- Experience with partner co-marketing (approvals, logo usage, joint announcements)
