• Designing and developing sophisticated applications in the areas of email, voice, chat, video, and screen archiving as well as data analysis
• Creating functional and technical specifications
• Continuously enhancing existing products with a strong focus on future viability
• Actively contributing to agile teams – from initial concept to go-live

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or a comparable IT qualification
• Beneficial experience with the following technologies: C#, Python, Azure, JavaScript, AI
• Familiarity with development-supporting tools such as JIRA and Git
• Team-oriented work style with the ability to independently drive and resolve tasks
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
