__In this role you will__ 

* Grow Workpath’s partner ecosystem in EMEA, but also APAC and the US
* Onboard and enable partners on Workpath’s technology and processes, while closely collaborating with Workpath’s Customer Success and Services (Consulting, Training and Enablement) teams
* Drive the strategic development of Workpath’s partner tools: our own transformation and rollout framework, our analytics suite for consultancies, and an operating model for lead generation through partnership referrals
* Ensure smooth collaboration along the entire customer and partner lifecycle, meeting customer needs and Workpath’s growth objectives
* Evaluate partnership performance and service quality to scale Workpath's partner program while ensuring excellent customer experiences and developing market leading professional service products, based on and around our technologies.

__Your profile__ 

* Have 1-3 years experience in complex enterprise software contexts or consulting, familiar with partner management and business alliance development
* Deeply understand the consulting business model, incentives and working modes
* Are a true self-starter who possess a strong ability to draw conclusions, by taking initiative, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively in a highly competitive environment
* You can develop trust and arouse enthusiasm in partners through your positive, energetic, data-driven, and solution-oriented manner
* Are characterized by your proactive and autonomous way of working, as well as your ability to prioritize a variety of tasks while enjoying building a trusting relationship with your partners

In this role you will 
<ul>
