Tasks
Copywriting & Content Leadership
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy across all channels, including website, social media, brochures, blogs, email campaigns, and paid advertising
- Own and manage the content and blog calendar to support SEO, demand generation, and conversion goals
- Direct and collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative partners to produce high-quality content
- Maintain tone-of-voice consistency across all external and internal communications
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Own the development, execution, and evolution of the company’s brand (verbal and visual)
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and internal materials
- Lead marketing strategy, campaign planning, and messaging in alignment with business objectives
- Translate company goals into clear, executable marketing initiatives
Performance Marketing & Technical Oversight
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Conduct testing and optimisation to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, including cost per lead, lead quality, and ROI
- Provide clear briefs and direction to SEO specialists and technical partners on structure, content, and intent
- Confidently manage marketing tools, including ad platforms, analytics dashboards, and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress)
Execution & Systems Management
- Manage and update the company website (WordPress), including landing pages, content updates, and optimisations
- Maintain and improve company brochures (print and digital) in collaboration with designers
- Create, manage, or oversee social media content and scheduling
- Write or edit internal documents, templates, and emails to ensure brand alignment
Leadership & Accountability
- Own the marketing function end to end: strategy, execution, reporting, and results
- Act as the brand guardian and voice of the company across teams
- Lead through action with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Take full accountability for marketing outcomes, not just activity
Requirements
- Expert-level copywriting experience (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with demonstrated success in lead generation and brand development
Strong experience with:
- Paid digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
SEO best practices
- Technically confident and comfortable working inside ad accounts, analytics tools, and CMS platforms
- A true doer — comfortable writing, publishing, testing, and optimising
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and messaging
- Excellent time and priority management across multiple initiatives
- Bonus: Experience working closely with sales teams or in a revenue-focused environment
