## These are your tasks

* Plan and implement marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement and communication, such as in-person/online events, workshops, onboarding, and ongoing nurture or training campaigns, together with the marketing and customer success teams 
* Identifying key customers that can serve as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, testimonials, others 
* Carry on up-to-date customer success stories and compose and send customer emails and newsletters campaigns 
* Create special marketing content with Customer Success and Product teams to raise product adoption and customer satisfaction 
* Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruiting new customer advocates 
* Help marketing and sales meet business objectives via customer advocacy initiatives
* Manage customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization 
* Support customer facing teams with upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities 
* Provide product feedback given by advocates to the product management team 

## Your abilities

* 3+ years of relevant professional experience, in a Digital Marketing, either for an agency or in-house. Ideally in the SaaS or Fintech sector 
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels, including CRM and marketing automation 
* Fluency in German and English are a must __(spoken and written)__ 

Residence in Munich or the surrounding area is required
